About Our Centre

KickFit offers Fitness and Martial Arts training for the mind, body and spirit. We provide a friendly environment to help you enhance your skills. You will learn effective self-defence techniques that includes kicks, punches, strikes, joint locks, take-downs, throws, animal styles and submission while getting in top physical shape.

There are separate classes for kids, teens, ladies and men with each starting from beginners to advanced level.

We encourage you to visit out club and watch our classes. You will be impressed with the quality of our students knowledge and the professionalism of our instructors.
